We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Customer Sales Specialist to join our team at Assistantly. As an Inbound Customer Sales Specialist, you will be focusing on engaging with potential sellers, managing their inquiries and appointments, and facilitating the sales process to ultimately close deals efficiently and effectively. Bonus/commission structure is offered with this role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries from potential sellers who have seen TV advertisements and are interested in selling their houses.
  • Organizing and managing leads and customer information within a CRM system to track interactions and progress.
  • Building relationships with potential sellers to guide them through the selling process and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Scheduling appointments with potential sellers for property assessments or consultations.
  • Coordinating and confirming appointments for property assessments or consultations.
  • Communicating offers to potential sellers and effectively presenting the benefits of selling directly to Sell Pittsburgh Now.
  • Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for potential sellers throughout the sales process, including addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

Must-Have Tools Experience:

  • Smartphone/dialer system
  • Podio CRM or similar CRM management system
