Unicorn Role Overview: Do you have a passion for turning data into stories that drive compelling marketing strategies? If you excel in crafting creative solutions and transforming insights into action, you might be the ideal candidate for our Paid Performace Marketing Specialist position! In this role, you'll wield your expertise in digital marketing analytics and ad composition to draft, publish, and optimize digital ads across various platforms. You'll develop and execute detailed performance reports that not only track success but also reshape our marketing approaches. This position will play a crucial part in helping our client understand campaign effectiveness and strategize future directions with precision!

Requirements

What you’ll do

1. Performance Reporting:

  • Utilize Triple Whale to create accurate weekly performance reports featuring MTD performance and monthly recap reports at month's end.
  • Analyze metrics such as ad spend, return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversions, conversion value, impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and cost per impression (CPI).
  • Interpret data to develop a narrative that explains performance trends and provides actionable insights to improve campaigns.

2. Ad Creation & Publication:

  • Draft and publish engaging ads on platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and Amazon.
  • Follow specific structural and testing guidelines and manage ads from testing phases to evergreen statuses.
  • Optimize ad placements considering the unique dimensions and requirements of each platform.

3. Strategy Optimization:

  • Continuously assess and refine advertising strategies based on performance data and industry trends.
  • Recommend strategic adjustments to enhance campaign efficacy and efficiency.

What you’ll bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance analysis, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising setting.
  • Profound knowledge of performance metrics and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create stories from data to aid in client decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with ad drafting, copywriting, and creative optimization.
  • A proper WFH set up and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
