We are seeking a dedicated Director of Operations to partner closely with a multi-faceted CEO involved in real estate brokerage, property management, personal investments, government contracts, and marketing projects.

Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Email Management: Oversee and streamline email communication strategies to ensure efficient management of inboxes, prioritization of messages, and timely responses to critical communications.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar to align with priorities across multiple ventures, coordinating schedules to maximize productivity and balance between business and personal commitments.
  • Schedule Optimization: Analyze and refine daily and weekly schedules to eliminate inefficiencies, allowing more time for strategic activities and reducing the burden of administrative tasks.
  • Research and Development / Implementation: Conduct research to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Oversee the implementation of innovative systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Operations: Manage day-to-day operations across various business entities, ensuring all activities adhere to legal standards and align with strategic goals. Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to promote organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
