As an Integrated Growth Strategist, you will strategically lead client relationships across a diverse set of industries including e-commerce, fintech, non-profit, real estate, and hospitality/travel tourism. You’ll be partnering with our clients to improve their business performance through strategic experimentation and personalization campaigns across digital channels with a particular focus on website testing (CRO) and lifecycle marketing (particularly email SMS).
This role demands a high level of strategic thinking, business acumen, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills to manage 5-7 clients simultaneously. Integrated Growth Strategists must be able to generate data-driven test ideas that will improve revenue and other key metrics on client websites and move the needle on the client business as a whole. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to think holistically and critically across the customer journey and to be able to derive meaningful insights through analysis. This role is expected to understand experimentation philosophies across many client verticals and have experience with product-market fit and go-to-market strategies. While we have a very collaborative culture, this role is also expected to be able to operate autonomously with a high degree of trust and client ownership. A core component of the role is to grow and expand partnerships with existing clients, as well as support other business development efforts.
What You’ll Do:
Understand business strategy and create results that impact the bottom line for our client businesses
Build relationships with our client day to day contacts as well as senior level and C-suite stakeholders, get client buy-in on our strategy, and build trust for our strategic recommendations
Drive test ideation, prioritization, and roadmapping, informed by web analytics, client goals, and client business results (e.g. reading earnings call transcripts for public companies)
Analyze experiment results and provide recommendations
Present strategic findings to a room of senior level stakeholders
Work closely with our internal delivery team and external client teams to ensure everyone is aligned and pointed in the same direction in order to achieve results and hit goals within the guardrails of the contract
Manage enterprise clients and build a culture of experimentation within client companies
