THE ROLE
As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the eCommerce order fulfillment process. You will monitor stock movement, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues quickly. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining up-to-date records and supporting the smooth flow of orders. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of logistics, inventory control, and the operational side of eCommerce. Strong interpersonal skills will be key as you work closely with different departments to ensure efficient processes and accurate reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, minimizing errors and delays.
Forecast project expenses, compare them with actual costs, and adjust as needed for optimal budget management.
Calculate inventory needs and place purchase orders to maintain stock levels.
Maintain strong communication with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.
Prepare and analyze reports on stock values, cost of goods sold, and inventory levels.
Negotiate prices for new products, seeking the best possible costs throughout the procurement process.
Oversee the testing and sourcing of products, ensuring high-quality standards for both products and packaging.
Coordinate influencers, creators, and sample shipments both internally within the company and externally to partners.
Requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role.
Experience and strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, including shipment tracking and documentation.
Experience with forecasting, placing purchase orders, and managing budgets.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools, with experience handling CSV and XLS files.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY
€900 - €1800 after taxes (depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience) + commissions based on performance.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
