Job Description

Position: Virtual Assistant

Client: Greenroad Capital, LLC

Working Hours: M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Salary Range: 1200-2000 USD/month

Greenroad Capital is a commercial real estate investment firm seeking to create a portfolio that reveals embedded asset value through a heavy reliance on deep research and analysis. We focus primarily on investments in multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties and loans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Email triage
  • Answering phones and taking messages, booking travel, calendar management.
  • Maintaining acquisitions deal pipeline in Airtable
  • Maintaining contact list
  • Investor communications (monthly financial statement dissemination)
  • Initiating wires and ACH transactions
  • Various financial analyses, some bookkeeping, expense reporting and ensuring reimbursement.
  • Interacting with service professionals (accountants, bookkeepers, attorneys, insurance brokers)
  • Preparing invoices, reports, letters, financial statements, and other documents using spreadsheet, word processing, database, or presentation software
  • Perform special assignments as needed
  • Assist in preparation of investor presentations and other marketing materials

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as long as the candidate is able to do the tasks very well
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Proficiency in using Office 365, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Airtable, and Monday.com(or similar software)
  • Experience in bookkeeping
  • Organized
  • Self-starter
