Job Description

TechFlow’s success in the Energy and Mobility marketspace has created an opportunity to add a Lead Project Coordinator focused exclusively on Energy and Mobility. The ideal Project Coordinator will have business and project management background with experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Engineers and Business Unit Leaders to track, assist, and report on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational processes and implement improvements.
  • Analyze project financial reports and identify means to maximize profitability.
  • Recommend and implement changes to the operations management system in anticipation of increasing project scale, scope, and business growth.
  • Assist the Director of Operations with implementation of industry best practices in project management processes.
  • Assist the Director of Operations with identification of project and program risks.
  • Assist the Director of Operations with developing and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assist the Director of Operations and the project management team with tracking of material, production, and project costs.
  • Assist Director of Operations and the project management team with managing internal budgets for cost tracking and invoicing.
  • Assist Director of Operations with tracking of all project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and overall program execution.
  • Assist Director of Operations in reviewing and analyzing project and portfolio budgets with strong focus on performance optimization and cost reduction goals.
  • Assist Director of Operations and the project management team with conducting post-project evaluations and recommending project management process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or at least 10 years highly relevant work experience).
  • 5+ years of project coordination (or equivalent) experience.
  • Ability to multitask, possess strong attention to detail, manage tight deadlines and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Project & Excel, Smartsheet, invoicing and/or project costing software.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship is required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency as a lead administrator/trainer of SmartSheet
