Leadership Recruiting Lead

Redwood Materials is looking to hire a Leadership Recruiting Lead to identify, attract, and hire the best leadership talent in the world. In this role, you will be a critical partner to senior hiring leaders across Redwood and key part of the company’s growth. You will spearhead new recruiting initiatives, redefine processes, and scale a wide variety of teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Redwood’s leadership hiring efforts and develop strategies for attracting and identifying director+ level talent across functional areas.
  • Establish guidelines, implement structure, and create standards for the leadership recruiting process to ensure consistency, equity, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Develop search strategies, conduct research, and present qualified candidates for leadership searches.
  • Research and learn new technology/roles to understand and predict business needs.
  • Build a pipeline of highly qualified and interested candidates by proactively approaching and recruiting top level talent from a range of sectors and specialties.
  • Manage the recruiting process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Help design Executive Compensation structure.
  • Provide internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and coach them on how to maximize hiring output for their teams.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners (i.e. Finance, HR) to further enable recruiting strategies.
  • Work with other recruiters on the team and help one another reach team goals and win.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or similar preferred.
  • 5+ years leadership recruiting/executive search experience in a rapid growth setting.
  • Previous people leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience hiring highly specialized roles and managing a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Dedication to identifying top talent, providing extraordinary client service, and building and maintaining an optimal candidate experience.
  • Exceptional and effective partnership across broad audiences of internal and external partners, stakeholders, and customers.
  • A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place!

The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
