About the Role:

As our Manager of Inside Sales, you will learn the Unite Us product and understand our market so you can identify and engage with potential sales prospects. You’ll be the expert at articulating our value proposition to anyone who asks (or who doesn’t ask). Your role is critical to our company–you and your team will be a prospect's first impression of Unite Us. Your work, the work of the team you manage and your ability to coach and develop junior talent, will help support the Sales team meet their sales goals. You will be successful in this role if you're passionate, motivated, and driven by the desire to expand Unite Us' business and impact throughout the country.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Support the inside sales team in generating new business opportunities by finding and qualifying leads through phone calls and emails. You’ll ensure that there’s appropriate and timely contact made.
  • You’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to perfect lead generation processes, secure meetings, deliver feedback, and seamlessly transition relationships with qualified leads.
  • You’ll create, train and oversee outreach strategies, developing a set of best practices and techniques to shape future targeting and messaging.
  • Analyze inside sales performance data, develop actionable insights, and implement initiatives that drive continued sales growth.

You’ll a great fit for this role if:

  • At least 5 years of inside sales experience; and at least 2 years of inside sales management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing an inside sales team and delivering sales growth results
  • You’ve designed and implemented lead generation workflows for both outreach and inbound lead capture and qualification. Logistically, you’re comfortable using Salesforce and other sales automation tools, Hubspot would be great too.
  • You’re a closer who meets sales quotas and motivates teammates to strive for more.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based
  • The target pay range for this role is: $72,000 - $82,000 + variable compensation plan. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.
