Insight: TPD: Teachers Professional Development; we are looking for someone who has been in to schools, teachers training and curriculum development, understand school and the ecosystem. The manager would need to travel to cities, other parts of India to deliver training as and when needed.

As our Teacher Professional Development Manager, you'll be the architect of impactful learning experiences, the champion of teacher growth, and the catalyst for systemic change. You'll:
- Become a Learning Innovator:
- Dive deep into research, exploring cutting-edge continuous professional development models, tackling cascade loss, and mastering the art of mindset transformation.
- Design and refine our teacher learning model, ensuring it's both effective and scalable.
- Gather invaluable feedback from teachers, using their insights to continuously improve our programs.
- Forge strategic partnerships with other organizations, amplifying our impact.
- Embrace technology, adapting and integrating tech-based training solutions to reach teachers across the nation.
- Lead Transformative Learning Experiences:
- Craft and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire and empower teachers.
- Build the capacity of master trainers and our internal team, creating a network of skilled facilitators.
- Drive Program Implementation and Impact:
- Collaborate seamlessly with our curriculum team, ensuring alignment and integration across all stages of teacher development.
- Partner with the SCERT and Operations teams, bridging the gap between design and implementation.
- Lead and mentor a small, dedicated team, driving towards ambitious goals.
- You will be the vital link that connects our ideas to the reality of classrooms.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Expertise: 7-10 years of experience in large-scale teacher training and curriculum design, ideally within the public school system.
- Classroom Insight: A few years of classroom teaching experience would be a significant advantage.
- Government Savvy: Experience working with government stakeholders and teachers, navigating the complexities of the public education system.
- Pedagogical Mastery: Deep knowledge of effective teacher professional development models and experiential learning.
- Scalability Mindset: A strong understanding of how to build teacher capacity at scale.
- Analytical Acumen: The ability to research, analyze data, and articulate complex problems with clarity.
- Observational Prowess: A keen eye for observing and assessing the diverse needs of teachers.
- Facilitation Skills: Exceptional ability to facilitate engaging and impactful discussions with small and large groups.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A creative, innovative, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
