Responsibilities
- Manage and curate content for multiple social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
- Create compelling, shareable content that resonates with our audience and drives interaction
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads
- Design eye-catching graphics and visual content for various marketing materials
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute 12-13 annual marketing campaigns
- Develop comprehensive plans for each marketing initiative, from concept to implementation
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies
Requirements
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and management tools
- Experience in content creation and basic graphic design skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Creative mindset with a knack for innovative thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
