At OpenTable, we are on a mission to help restaurants do what they do best - better. To help us accomplish that mission, we are looking for a Marketing Manager focused on events, campaigns and restaurant industry relations.
We are looking for a highly organized events marketing professional with deep, restaurant industry knowledge to join the team. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, Influencers, and Events, you will have a pulse on the dining scene and get excited to create campaigns and experiences to solidify OpenTable's role within the restaurant community. You will lead the execution of diner and restaurant-facing events in support of our extensive restaurant network.
This position is fully-remote.
In this role, you will:
Oversee programs and events from conception to execution in the US with a core focus on our B2C (diner) audience
Provide high-level customer service to the restaurants on our network in support of their events
Contribute to strategic planning of events and programs to help achieve company goals
Coordinate with internal and external partners, develop timelines, pull together creative assets, and execute on the ground, when needed, for a successful event
Analyze results and report out on event performance
Work with restaurants, the field, Product Marketing, and PR on field communications and
Oversee the contracts, payments and approvals process for vendors
Own the logistics for assigned events, delegating responsibilities as appropriate to cross-functional participants
Create event recap decks and other event related reports as needed for presenting to customers, prospects, and senior leadership
Willing and able to travel domestically up to 20% to support events

4+ years of work experience in events as well as experience with digital marketing and PR
Restaurant industry or adjacent experience required; passion for food/dining
Extremely organized with high attention to detail
Work well both independently and collaboratively
Comfort with data, numbers, and trend analysis
Up-to-date on trends in both the industry and within popular culture
Experience working across departments including with brand, design, or creative teams

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $100,000-130,000.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
