About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. They will spearhead technology integration into our client's marketing initiatives and manage projects efficiently. This critical role involves streamlining strategy execution, liaising with service partners, and overseeing marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in enhancing our client outreach and social media footprint, driving campaign strategies, and leveraging platforms such as HubSpot for effective drip campaigns. Proficiency in marketing technologies, influencer engagement, and social media management is essential.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, manage content creation, and schedule social media content.
  • Marketing Technology Implementation: Utilize marketing automation tools like HubSpot for campaign management, lead nurturing, and analytics, ensuring all marketing efforts are data-driven and optimized for performance.
  • Project Management and Coordination: Oversee marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Act as the liaison between the marketing department and external partners.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide regular updates on project progress, assist in managing the executive’s schedule, and handle communications related to marketing projects.
  • Strategy and Analysis: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals, and conduct market research to inform decision-making.

Must-Have Tools Experience:

  • Experience using HubSpot and Notion

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in HubSpot, with a strong understanding of other marketing automation and CRMs.
  • Proficient in managing social media platforms.
  • Experienced in project management and coordination with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the capability to work closely with senior management.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing analysis and decision-making.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on digital and content strategy.
  • Creative thinking to support innovative marketing initiatives.
