Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central with an hour unpaid break
  • Handling both front-end and back-end office tasks
  • Managing sensitive medical information with utmost confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients via phone and the Spruce platform, scheduling appointments and managing inquiries
  • Process and manage intake forms, invoices, and other medical documentation
  • Set up and organize notes for healthcare providers
  • Handle medication-related tasks and process orders as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments efficiently
  • Manage electronic health records and ensure data accuracy
  • Send invoices and assist with financial documentation


Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or a medical background (e.g., nursing)
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and patient management platforms
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
