The Role

Addepar—Navigator is a software tool for projecting investment portfolios by integrating current holdings, investment strategy, and capital market assumptions data. Clients can model their portfolios under different scenarios, analyze the impact of prospective investment opportunities, and gain a detailed understanding of the portfolio composition in the future. Navigator has experienced exponential growth since 2021.

The Navigator Product Adoption Specialist (PAS) will identify and lead specific initiatives to increase product adoption and focus on retention. This will include working with Navigator clients by training them on best practices, developing technical solutions, sharing new features on the product roadmap, and partnering across the organization to understand product gaps. The job will also include assisting our Client Management team in deepening client relationships, working with our Analytics/Marketing teams to enable targeted adoption campaigns, and collaborating with our Product Engineering teams to provide critical client feedback.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $72,000 - $113,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with clients to drive Navigator engagements (client outreach, meetings, etc.) and results (client usage, transactions, and revenues)
  • Engage cross-functionally to communicate product needs and client feedback to appropriate teams (Account Management, Client Success, Product, Marketing, etc.)

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • a minimum 2 years of applicable experience in capital markets/financial services or the financial technology industry
  • Preferred experience conducting cash flow forecasting for an RIA, Family Office or other Institution, particularly for portfolios with private funds, using either Excel or portfolio projection software
  • Highly organized self-starter who can innovate technical solutions for clients!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams
  • Understanding of portfolio management concepts/mathematics; CFA and/or CAIA designation is a plus
