The Position:
As a Networking Engineer at Respect, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining our networking solutions for seamless communication and connectivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security of our networking infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain networking solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security of networking infrastructure
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve all levels of networking issues
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Willingness to travel interstate for project work if needed
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and hard-working attitude
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting mindset
- Understanding of all network layers
- Proficiency in public/private DNS
- Experience with IPSEC/IKE VPNs
- Firewall build/change/troubleshooting experience.
- Advanced Fortinet and Unifi experience.
Essential Qualifications:
- Fortinet Qualifications or exposure to the Fortinet ecosystem
- Exposure to complex routing (OSPF, BGP, SD-WAN, MPLS)
- Unifi networking experience
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Aged Care technology
