The Position:
As a Networking Engineer at Respect, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining our networking solutions for seamless communication and connectivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security of our networking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain networking solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and security of networking infrastructure
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all levels of networking issues

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to travel interstate for project work if needed
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive, and hard-working attitude
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset
  • Understanding of all network layers
  • Proficiency in public/private DNS
  • Experience with IPSEC/IKE VPNs
  • Firewall build/change/troubleshooting experience.
  • Advanced Fortinet and Unifi experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fortinet Qualifications or exposure to the Fortinet ecosystem
  • Exposure to complex routing (OSPF, BGP, SD-WAN, MPLS)
  • Unifi networking experience

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Aged Care technology
