About the role

A newly created position to expand and strengthen our existing recruitment team, the Internal Talent Acquisition Manager will drive proactive recruitment through talent pooling, building relationships within the market and understanding future needs of each facility within the business.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be supported by our existing recruitment consultants to drive the overarching growth strategy of the company through strategic talent acquisition working across a multidiscipline aged care industry.


Key responsibilities:

  • Developing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across a range of positions in the aged care sector including corporate roles.
  • Proactively headhunt and talent pool candidates, in addition to creating a group sourcing strategy.
  • Partnering with the International Recruitment Specialist to expand our networks and create an international talent pool.
  • Collaborating closely with the business to understand talent needs, create, place and analysis of job advertisements across various platforms, and define candidate profiles.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure an exceptional candidate experience to attract, acquire and retain staff the best talent.
  • Generate a culture of excellence within your team measured by a suite of reporting that you will create.
  • Actively utilise the student placement program to further develop talent pools and build relationships within the universities.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to implement attraction strategies, build talent database, and source candidates.
  • Attend expos and career day events to showcase employment opportunities and source candidates.
  • Coach and develop your to further strengthen the calibre of the talent acquisition team.
  • Manage KPI performance including volume, time to fill, candidate and hiring manager experience, agency spend and process efficiency.
  • Strengthen the team’s use of existing systems Workable, Seek, and LinkedIn.
  • Enhance our talent acquisition process to drive improved talent outcomes.
  • Streamline all agency relationships to ensure the competitiveness of pricing, and other terms and conditions.

Requirements

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager is preferred, however not essential.
  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Leadership skills, the ability to motivate and engage a team of 5 Specialists.
