Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supply Chain Manager to establish and optimize our manufacturing and fulfillment processes. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead all aspects of supply chain and production management, ensuring seamless operations and consistent product quality. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Production Management
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate production schedules to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
Supply Chain Development
- Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery.
- Create systems for inventory forecasting and manage stock levels across distribution channels.
Fulfillment Network Oversight
- Establish partnerships with 3PL providers and set up efficient fulfillment networks.
- Lead logistics operations, including customs clearance and freight forwarding.
Quality Control Vendor Management
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain product excellence.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for long-term partnerships.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience working with factories and manufacturing partners.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing standards.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with logistics software and supply chain optimization tools.
- Experience in consumer or professional hearing protection products or related industries.
