We are looking for seasoned graphic designers with at least 6-years packaging and production experience, strong visual & verbal communication skills. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, passionate, and solution-oriented. You will be supporting our ever-growing private label business as well as our 6 in-house brands. Direct experience with product packaging film/carton/corrugate, with an understanding of prepress, separations & plating is a must. This role will report directly to the Creative Director, but also work cross functionally with other team members from marketing, R&D, regulatory, operations, and procurement to move projects forward ensuring they’re completed on time and look great on shelf. The ideal candidate, should have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as be able to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift daily.

This position is hybrid work-from-home with occasional meetings/brainstorming at HQ in Northern New Jersey. Will consider fully remote to anyone within the United States, but will still require less-occasional travel to HQ or other location(s) for team building events. Eastern time zone is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain our ever-changing packaging portfolio for both private label and house brands
  • Direct experience with material specs for film, cartons, and corrugate as well as an understanding of prepress, separations & plating is a must
  • Collaborate with other team members in areas such as Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and Procurement
  • Move projects forward to ensure they are completed on time and look great on the shelf
  • Remain flexible and be willing and able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years packaging experience with CPG products, preferably within the food & beverage space
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar
  • Knowledgeable in packaging materials and forms e.g. film, carton, corrugate • A keen eye for visual details and accuracy
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Confident, driven, self-starter with ability to work autonomously and multi-task • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Bachelors Degree or higher preferred, but not required
  • ESKO and/or experience creating production files preferred
