With strong roots in design publication and architecture, they bring a sophisticated eye to sourcing iconic classics and innovative modern pieces for their discerning customers.
Why this role exists
Our client is seeking a skilled Product & Content Management Specialist to provide consistent, reliable support across their eCommerce operations and content creation initiatives. This role is critical for maintaining their online product catalog and digital presence while ensuring efficient business operations. They need someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training and help drive business growth through effective product and content management.

The Impact you’ll make

Product Management
  • Update and maintain Shopify store product listings
  • Manage product pricing and inventory updates
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions and information
  • Handle product image management and optimization
Content Creation & Social Media
  • Create and manage social media content
  • Write and optimize blog posts for SEO using AI tools
  • Resize and edit images using Photoshop
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
Business Operations Support
  • Process basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online
  • File and follow up on shipping claims
  • Manage email communications
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
Systems & Process Management
  • Maintain organized documentation of procedures
  • Coordinate between various platforms (Shopify, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Ensure timely completion of recurring tasks
  • Support process improvement initiatives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Proven experience with Shopify product management
  • Strong understanding of social media and content creation
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge, preferably with QuickBooks Online
  • Experience with image editing and Photoshop
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
  • 40 hours per week
Compensation:
  • $7 per hour
  • No benefits package included
