They're seeking two dedicated specialists to support their growing operations.
Why this role exists
Our client needs two experienced Project & Customer Support Specialists to manage research operations and client communications. These roles are crucial for coordinating market research interviews, managing participant communications, and ensuring smooth operational flow. They require professionals who can balance project management expertise with strong customer service skills to support their mission of delivering high-quality insights.

The Impact you’ll make

Project Management
  • Schedule and coordinate market research interviews
  • Participate in team syncs and create meeting summaries
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Track and monitor research progress
Customer Support
  • Handle client and research participant communications
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service
Research Operations
  • Manage email inbox and correspondence
  • Support administrative tasks and processes
  • Assist with research candidate coordination
  • Maintain accurate documentation
Systems Management
  • Utilize Google Workspace effectively
  • Manage calendars and scheduling
  • Work with HubSpot and LinkedIn
  • Learn and use proprietary software

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience
  • Proven customer support background
  • Strong experience with business email communication
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Background in administrative coordination
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:
  • Remote position
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
  • 40 hours per week
Compensation:
  • $7 per hour
  • No benefits package included
