Providence is calling a Program Manager who will:

  • Support the growth and viability of the Providence Clinical Network Operations Integration
  • Manage and facilitate alignment between multiple key projects and initiatives that will achieve performance to our strategic and regional goals
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders
  • Provide structure and process to the work of multiple project teams
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Maximize the team's overall efficiency, and sharing accountability for performance
  • Serve as a key interface between leaders and departments
  • Create cohesion among stakeholders and alignment toward to the vision set forth by the senior leadership and the strategic plan
  • Execute strategic initiatives
  • Act as a change agent
  • Ensure projects effectively move through phases of design, implementation and spread for realization of quantitative benefits

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in performance improvement, project management, or program management
  • 1+ years of generalist with experience in wide-ranging or cross-functional areas
  • 1+ years of experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • 1+ years of experience in managed care, population health, and/or ambulatory care
  • 1+ years of experience in consulting, business development, and/or strategic planning

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
