Project and Process Manager, Export & License
Primary Work Location & Work Flexibility: Flexible Primary Work Location within any of our CEE Molson Coors entities. Can flex working remotely and remotely from home and the local office location.
Reports to:Regional Planning & Project Director E&L
Direct reports: none
You will be accountable for the Supply Chain aspects of innovations, new stock keeping units (SKUs), new customer set up, budget control and execution, as well as the identification and delivery of Value Optimization Process projects for Export & License.
Your main purpose is to support all Export Projects from Supply chain perspective and to manage any project initiated by Supply chain. You will also be responsible for supporting the Sales and operations planning process for Export & License and for the accuracy and timely submission of forecasts to production locations in the North America, Europe or APAC.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead all Export Projects from Supply chain perspective and to lead any project initiated by Supply chain
- Managing Supply Chain optimization and supporting commercial projects. Implementation of Value Optimization Process projects for Export & License Supply Chain. Ensure supply chain reacts flexibly and at pace to Commercial requests and business opportunities
- Support innovations and projects deployment to market at pace and with discipline in coordination with Export managers and commercial managers
- Day to day running of Projects approval and governance process for Export & License. Participate and manage START process for EMEA & APAC E&L. Participate in S&OP and forecasting processes.
- Manage the cost base of the department and budget execution robustly and ensure that the costs we influence in the production locations are visible and managed well. Manage product lists and capability portfolio from sourcing sites.
- Reporting and management of associated KPIs. Control and reporting of CAPEX spend related to EMEA & APAC E&L.
- Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the EMEA & APAC footprint. Influence other stakeholders to successfully deliver business plans.

- Project management, or planning experience is an advantage
- Result oriented, time management skills
- Stakeholder management skills and influencing skills and excellent communication skills, including presentation style
- Proficiency level of MS Excel
- Professional proficiency in English language – writing and speaking
- Professional proficiency in Czech or Slovak language – writing and speaking
