Why does this role exist?
This role exists to streamline the operational workflow between our client's platform, their customers, and 3PL partners. The Project and Logistics Coordinator will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, and maintaining efficient project workflows while supporting the optimization of logistics and fulfillment processes.
The Impact you’ll make
Project Management & Workflow Optimization- Lead structured meetings and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders
- Implement and maintain organized workflow systems using JIRA
- Ensure proactive follow-ups and prevent operational bottlenecks
- Track multiple tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
- Monitor and analyze 3PL performance and compliance
- Review freight invoices and operational workflows
- Support audit processes and compliance requirements
- Extract and analyze data from various sales platforms
- Conduct basic financial and operational audits
- Engage effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Translate complex logistics and sales data into clear action items
- Navigate and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum
- Manage escalations appropriately
- Generate reports from sales platforms and logistics systems
- Monitor KPIs and track project progress
- Analyze operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Work with various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Magento, WooCommerce)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Proven years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination
- Proven experience with project management tools (particularly JIRA)
- Background in e-commerce operations or 3PL logistics
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- JIRA & Confluence proficiency
- E-commerce platform knowledge (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Magento, WooCommerce)
- ERP/WMS systems
- Data analysis and reporting
- Process documentation
- Microsoft Office Suite

Work Setup:

- 40 hours per week
