This position is essential for expanding the company's brand partnerships and content reach through systematic lead generation and partnership development. The role combines outbound prospecting, content management, and AI-assisted content optimization to drive business growth and enhance content accessibility across platforms.
The Impact you’ll make
Lead Generation & Brand Development- Conduct outbound lead generation for brand sponsorships
- Identify active brand sponsors through YouTube content analysis
- Source leads for engineering contract opportunities
- Research potential partners from event attendee lists (e.g., CES)
- Create English subtitle tracks for main channel videos/shorts
- Review and manage AI-processed content for potential use
- Assist with content repurposing using AI tools
- Identify "diamonds in the rough" in reprocessed footage
- Organize leads and deals in Hubspot/Google CRM
- Track partnership opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of outreach
- Document potential collaborations
- Identify opportunities in international channels
- Conduct English-language outreach
- Track international partnership potential
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or business development
- 1+ years working with CRM systems (Hubspot experience preferred)
- 1+ years experience in content management or digital platforms
- Proven track record of research and data organization
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and content optimization
- Excellent English language skills for international communication
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
- 40 hours per week
- $6 per hour
