We are hiring for a Project Manager in Canada. Please find the job description below. It is a Full-Time position with 100% remote flexibility but the candidates must be located within Canadian boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and dependencies, to ensure successful project execution.
- Work with multiple products, coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Serve as the administrator for the project management software, ensuring all project tasks, timelines, and resources are accurately tracked and maintained.
- Facilitate weekly project meetings, providing updates on project status, identifying risks and issues, and driving resolution and decision-making.
- Coordinate and track project tasks, ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Coordinate the localization and posting of assets and work with external agencies as needed.
- Monitor project progress and identify any deviations from the plan, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, in business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a marketing or product development environment.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Airtable or Asana.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
