Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of successful proposal submissions
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with graphics design and desktop publishing
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems
- Additional certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with proposal management software (e.g., Privia, RFPIO, Loopio)
- Knowledge of document management systems
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Understanding of content management systems
Schedule:
- Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
- Rate starts at $5 per hour
- Payment is made via Deel
- Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
