Remote 5+ Licensed Full-Time PA or NP

While the Founder was most recently Founder and CEO at a unicorn healthcare company where he scaled to hundreds of thousands of patients, the full-time team is currently only 13 people. The company is focused on sustainable growth, and the company is growing quickly to achieve its mission.

We are currently seeking a full-time PA or NP.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct care to patients, and most importantly serve as a clinical leader to our team of nearly 100 providers; our provider team is growing rapidly and includes remote contract providers across the country and you will help manage them and ensure they are set up for success to provide high-quality remote care.
• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their medical history, current health status, and goals. Provide direct patient care, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments. Provide ongoing remote medical supervision and monitoring of clients’ progress. Prescribe medications when appropriate.
• Develop best practices and update SOPs, working with engineering, product management, Senior Medical Director, and senior leadership (including the CEO/Founder) to build scalable and high-quality clinical processes
• Support the definition of clinical strategy for new roles, such as coaching and nursing roles, and new conditions to be defined by you in partnership with clinical leadership

What You’ll Bring:

• Telemedicine experience preferred
• Experience working in a telehealth setting.
• Care and compassion, and a desire to build rapport with patients.
• An active NP or PA licenses covering 100 million patients (CA, FL, TX, NY licenses preferred)
