We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, promoting health and wellness within the community. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating common illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and providing preventive care.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs
– Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as necessary
– Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-care techniques
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
– Utilize advanced clinical skills such as dermal fillers, catheterization, pain management, dementia care, triage, aseptic technique standards, ophthalmology, and ICD-10 coding
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patient encounters

Qualifications:
This position requires only 5 State License . States included are: DC, DE, FL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, NH, OH, RI, VT
– Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
– Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Pay: $54.99 – $60.00 per hour
