Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to patients
– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
– Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
– Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
– Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

-Able to do prior auths when needed

Experience:
– Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
– Proficient in psychopharmacology and medication management for mental health conditions
– Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children, adults, and older adults
– Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

MUST BE LICENSED IN NORTH CAROLINA…..!!!!!!!!!!!
