Remote Care Manager (RN) – Oregon

Position Title – Care Manager (RN)
Address – Fully Remote (OR)
Pay – $40.00/hr
Hours – Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM (PST)

Position Purpose:
Perform care management duties to assess, plan and coordinate all aspects of medical and supporting services across the continuum of care for select members to promote quality, cost effective care

Experience/Education (MUST be included on resume):

• 2+ years clinical assessment experience
• Strong management and communication skills
• Strong computer skills – MS office
• OR RN license required
• Case Management experience strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Work setting:

• Remote
