Remote Insurance Case Coordinator (LPN/LVN, RN) – WA, OR, ID

Caldera Care is now hiring a full-time Insurance Case Manager (LPN or RN)! We will also consider licensed Therapy or Therapy assistants with case management experience for this position. This is a remote position, but our ideal candidate would reside in WA, OR or ID.Come join our amazing team!

Pay Range: $62K-$90K DOE

What you will do:

• Perform concurrent reviews to ensure insurance coverage for patients care
• Evaluate the medical necessity and appropriateness of the services being provided to patients based on contracted expectations
• Communicate with on-site staff to ensure appropriate documentation and services for patient care
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies
