PRN Telehealth Nurse (RN or LPN) – Remote Patient Monitoring

We are looking for a PRN, or as needed, RN or LPN to remotely monitor patients with chronic conditions.

1. Integrative software that gathers patient data from connected devices: blood pressure cuffs, scales, blood-glucose meters, etc.

2. Clinical staff (that would be you!) that provides monitoring and care management services to patients enrolled under the physicians general supervision.

This is a strictly commission based role. Our nurses have a list of patients that they remotely monitor and communicate with on a regular basis.
