Remote RN Manager (On-Site Training) – California

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise in acute care, chronic conditions, and senior care will be essential in managing our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare services.

Duties:

– Manage and supervise the clinical staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance

– Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

– Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

– Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care

– Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in complex patient cases

– Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in electronic health records systems such as eClinicalWorks

– Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and interdisciplinary collaboration

– Stay updated on current trends and advancements in nursing practice

Skills:

– Strong knowledge of memory care, acute care, chronic conditions, senior care, and telehealth practices

– Proficiency in DRG coding and reimbursement systems

– Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of clinical professionals

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

– Familiarity with electronic health records systems such as eClinicalWorks
