As the Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. You will need to have a deep understanding of marketing strategies, digital advertising, and branding techniques to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions to potential clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop effective sales strategies tailored to the marketing and agency industry, and drive the entire sales process from start to finish. You will also collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to ensure we deliver outstanding solutions that meet our clients' unique needs. Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marketing and agency industry through prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the marketing and agency industry to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our solutions in the context of marketing and agency needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth within the marketing and agency industry

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [x] years of experience in a similar role within the marketing and agency industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
