Job Description

Client: Award-winning multi-licensed broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices

Location: Remote-hybrid/ Dubai, UAE

Employment type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, closing high-value deals and ensuring quick onboarding

  • Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads using advanced sales techniques. Research potential clients in sectors such as FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto, converting cold leads into profitable relationships

  • Represent the company at global industry events, building a professional network with key decision-makers. Deliver compelling presentations to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition

  • Identify and recruit top-performing IBs, creating incentive programs and support structures to grow the IB network and enhance market reach

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the FX industry, providing insights to refine sales strategies and uncover new opportunities

  • Track sales activities and progress using CRM tools, and prepare regular reports on performance and market feedback. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluency in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication in both

  • At least 5 years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients

  • Proven track record of closing large deals and exceeding sales targets

  • In-depth knowledge of FX liquidity, trading platforms, and market dynamics, along with a strong network of institutional clients (e.g., banks, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms)

  • Experience working with and expanding relationships with Introducing Brokers

  • Exceptional sales ability, strong negotiation and closing skills, and a persuasive communication style

  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment

  • Self-motivated, organized, and proficient in CRM (SalesForce) and sales analytics tools
