About the role

Thanks to the rapid growth in demand for our industry-leading software, Teramind is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Email Marketing. This role will own end-to-end communication strategy and execution across our database of prospects, customers, and partners.
You will be the subject-matter expert on all Teramind outreach, from product newsletters and updates to new customer acquisition efforts and prospect nurturing campaigns.
You will be fanatical about deliverability, segmentation, messaging, and targeting, with an ability to drive results from outreach efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in B2B email marketing
  • Experience with SaaS
  • Experience with technical/executive audiences preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot is highly preferred
  • Experience with creating personas and customer segmentation
  • Comfortable with HTML and email design technology
  • Exceptional written communication skills

Your day-to-day

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Sales to build campaigns that increase top-of-funnel prospects and help move existing prospects further down the funnel
  • Design, test, and iterate new email campaign copy and strategies
  • Own email segmentation of our marketing database and ensure that the right message is matched to the right segment at all times
  • Maintain and improve email deliverability, inbox placement, and sender score
  • Constantly research and hone up-to-date best practices
  • Track results and KPIs and communicate to leadership
  • Assist in regular Social Media updates and posts
