About the Role
Teramind’s Partner Operations Manager oversees all the day-to-day processes that help our partner ecosystem thrive. You’ll be responsible for key components of our partner management program including onboarding new partners, following and helping formalize due diligence procedures, deal registration, and product support guidance. You’ll also provide technical guidance to new partners as they’re onboarding, and existing partners looking to include a Teramind product specialist on relevant sales calls.
The Partner Operations Manager sits within the Partnerships team as a key component for success. The team is responsible for driving new partner implementations and programs and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of new and existing partners. We sit at the intersection of engineers and partners, serving as the fabric that ensures close and smooth collaboration between these parties.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience in tech companies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills both in English and Spanish (Portuguese a big plus)
  • CRM (HubSpot) experience required and with PRM software preferred
  • Sales engineering or technical background preferred
  • Experience in startups, technology, or SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with partner-led sales structures

Day-to-Day Duties

(will include but may not be limited to)

  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, which includes: performing due diligence research, managing contracts, evaluating mock demos/providing feedback, and utilizing a CRM (HubSpot) to document.
  • Manage the deal registration and partner sales pipeline processes. Evaluate newly submitted deals for redundancy with Teramind’s direct sales pipeline and existing customer base, guide partners to close new business, and be the main point of contact for partners during their sales cycles.
  • Provide product support where requested: product demos for tech-savvy customer audiences, liaison with the technology team on feature requests, and ad hoc product support as requested.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments.
  • Drive initiatives that support continuous improvements of the partnership experience
  • Stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
