Job Description

  • Project Management of global Customer Experience Studies incl. managing internal stakeholders and external providers​
  • Ensure that cross-functional stakeholders are in the loop and deadlines are met​
  • Ensure that external providers are steered in a way that they are able to deliver the best value for Stepstone​
  • Proactively lead innovations to further develop the studies​
  • Present the findings to different stakeholder groups incl. C-Level​
  • Ensure that study results are interpreted in the right way​

Qualifications

  • You possess relevant professional experience in a customer experience or similiar role with strong project management skills (appr. 5+ years of experience)​
  • You are well-structured, organized and passionate about research, while you enjoy working with multiple stakeholders across the globe​
  • You have excellent communication skills (from operational levels to c-level)​
  • You are inspired by Insights about our customers to further shape Stepstones’ services and products​
  • You are fluent in English and German ​
  • ​You hold a relevant degree (Business, Business Informatics, Economics, Controlling, Marketing etc.)​
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel or all relevant MS Office tools​
  • Experience in Qualtrics and Project Management tools​​
