Role Overview:

We are looking to bring on a Senior HRIS Analyst to our growing People team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Analyst will own our HRIS platform and support the People team during this exciting time of significant growth. This role will have two focuses: 1) select and build out scalable HRIS solutions and 2) analyze data from our HRIS and ATS to create insightful reports for compliance and TA metrics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze, research, design and implement a new HRIS platform to ensure efficiencies and public compliance in collaboration with the CPO and VP of Talent Acquisition
  • Evaluate overall HR tech stack (including ATS) against market trends and best practices to recommend cutting-edge technology solutions
  • Ensure accurate data migration from Paycom into new HRIS
  • Customize and maintain all aspects of our HRIS, including develop process workflows, system configuration, integrations, testing, user training, and reporting/dashboard enablement
  • Analyze HRIS business processes and perform updates as needed to enhance business workflow
  • Serve as a functional and technical People systems and data subject matter expert
  • Manage HRIS enhancements and prioritize communication and roll-out of regulatory changes, state and local requirements, and relevant new releases
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Analyze complex data in the HRIS and ATS for trends and areas for improvement; creates reports and graphs for Executive Stakeholders based on those findings
  • Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems
  • Manage project workstreams, develop timelines, and communicate project goals and milestones

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years HR technology experience in a global, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on high quality and creative technical solutions
  • Public company experience required
  • Progressive experience designing, configuring and maintaining HRIS and other People systems
  • Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis
  • Extensive experience implementing and managing enterprise tools and integrations
  • Able to effectively present technical and functional information to all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
