Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead our marketing department in creating compelling and innovative content for Infinite Reality, an AI powered immersive experiences platform company providing technology, content and marketing services for brands and creators. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will oversee a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists, providing guidance and inspiration to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms. Reporting to the CMO, the CD, will be a key stakeholder and voice on the marketing leadership team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development of creative concepts and campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition across platforms such as social media, our website, email, conferences, digital and traditional advertising and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and develop creative solutions that meet business objectives
  • Provide direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistency and quality in all marketing materials
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in design, copywriting, and multimedia production, and integrate innovative techniques into our marketing efforts
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of creative work to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, inspiring creativity and innovation among team members
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand integrity and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the creative team, promoting professional growth and development
  • Partner with the head of demand generation to develop programs that drive sales, brand equity and other KPIs

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, design, or related field; advanced degree preferred but not required
  • 5+ years experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a software technology company or related industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and projects across various mediums, including digital, print, and multimedia
  • Expertise in creative and program management software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Procreate, Confluence or similar applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team of creative professionals
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. Comfort and curiosity in using AI tools
