Title: Senior Paid Marketing Specialist

Role Description:

ShipBob is hiring a Senior Paid Marketing Specialist to help run and execute our paid marketing strategy, while simultaneously participating hands-on in the execution and communication of the plan. The role is focused on acquiring new prospective customers through our paid marketing channels - SEM, paid social & affiliate marketing.

You must be a data-driven performance marketer with a history of hitting performance targets and exceeding goals and plans. You are a self-starter with a growth mindset looking to always find new opportunities to grow and improve the performance of the channels and campaigns you manage. You will also have experience optimizing campaign performance by leveraging data and conducting iterative A/B testing.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Senior Manager of Paid Media to support and improve performance of the existing paid media programs (optimizing keyword/campaigns mix, bidding strategy, landing page testing, account restructuring, etc.).
  • Partner with marketing & non-marketing decision makers to build, launch, optimize and report on new paid media campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of paid programs to ensure efficient budget spending (daily, weekly, monthly), use insights from the source of truth to inform optimization opportunities and justify strategy changes.
  • Support build and optimization of top-of-funnel initiatives (YouTube, Display, Paid Social, OOH).
  • Support landing page A/B testing and optimization strategy.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working in paid search.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience working in paid social platforms.
  • Experience managing $1+ million annual marketing budgets.
  • Ability to interpret data from various sources into actionable insights
  • Understand and use project management tools, learn and understand how to work with other teams and manage projects into completion.
  • Write compelling ad/landing page copy (or drafts) and present on program performance.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and changes that might help or impact our campaigns.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience in B2B.
    • Marketing CRM experience (reporting, navigating around, building landing pages).
    • Power BI/Tableau experience.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $73,950 - $123,250.
