This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition in the United States.

The impact you will make:

  • Manage and facilitate the full cycle recruiting process for stakeholders.
  • Bring the latest recruiting trends and best practices to maintain competitiveness in engaging and attracting top talent.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the business strategy and required talent profiles to build and execute on a complete talent acquisition strategy.
  • Serve as the business partner and advisor to hiring managers to develop talent goals, strategies, and processes to identify the best and brightest people.
  • Generate passive and active pipeline of quality candidates using creative sourcing methods, various tools, and multiple channels.
  • Work collaboratively across the HR organization on the management of offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Work closely with executives, management, and employees to drive business results, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.
  • Recommend salary offers for review and approval by HR staff and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources and hiring managers to prepare and obtain approvals for offers.
  • Extend offers to candidates, coordinate/input data, and help prepare docs for onboarding.
  • Represent the Company at job fairs, community relations, and industry events.

Expertise you will bring in:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in a full life cycle recruiting capacity, specifically in the technology industry.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with owning & driving recruiting initiatives for business functions across geographies.
  • In addition to experience in the market, you have an understanding of cultural nuance specific to the region to be able to effectively manage local candidates & stakeholders.
  • Highly progressive thinking and knowledge of current TA trends.
  • The ability to use sound judgement to problem solve, make decisions, and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time.
  • A “hands-on” doer attitude with a strong attention to detail and follow through.
  • A strong orientation to analytical & strategic thinking, communicating, influencing, and building relationships at all levels within the company.
  • The ability to manage sensitive and confidential candidate data.
  • A bias to action and desire to see things to conclusion.
  • The ability to thrive in collaborative environments, partner across all departments and levels and the desire to have fun while getting things done.

Accela is establishing a new entity in Costa Rica as part of our global growth strategy. Our organization specializes in advanced SaaS Software Applications covering a wide range of technologies and complex solutions such as: Hybrid Mobile Applications, Data Analytics & Reporting, Enterprise Payment Integrations, Advanced GIS mapping & routing, Responsive Angular UIs, and new AI POCs. These applications are hosted on our multi-cloud platform spanning both Azure and AWS.
