Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position in the U.S., so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Work within the GoDaddy Treasury Team performing daily corporate cash management, investing, and forecasting on a global scale. In addition, by using knowledge of business processes and treasury practices, the individual will be responsible for establishing cash management structures, managing the investment portfolio, improving treasury policies, and banking operations.

What you'll get to do...

  • Own and develop cash flow models to prepare projections by country and by business divisions, through trend analysis and regular communication with business leaders
  • Monitor daily bank balances, tracking, and reporting of global cash position
  • Manage exposures to mitigate foreign currency and counterparty risk
  • Assist with the establishment of banking structures to support and scale GoDaddy
  • Partner with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to complete inter-company loans, distributions, and liquidity structures
  • Manage daily investing activities for GoDaddy’s investment portfolio
  • Collaborate with team members, manager, product, and payments team to build out GoDaddy’s payment platform
  • Optimize payment flows, find opportunities to improve payment processing, and model their potential effect on GoDaddy
  • Design and monitor reports that measure and provide insights and visualizations into payment metrics, systems functionality, metrics, and historical performance
  • Assist with the preparation of reporting and analysis to Management across all responsibilities
  • Manage bank account administration, including opening and closing accounts, updating bank signatories, and implementing changes to treasury management services
  • Perform project research upon request, from Executive Management and Department Management
  • Recommend bank products and services to streamline processes, lessen costs, and improve customer experience
  • Assist with treasury and cash management systems initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret banking regulations, as they relate to fund flows, across multiple countries
  • Assist in streamlining processes and procedures across the organization and apply automation where possible
  • Support operating companies, corporate service departments, and affiliated companies with cash management controls and all treasury and banking-related issues, while liaising with banking reps
  • Provide treasury expertise and mentorship to cross-functional teams such as AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, and Finance Operations
  • Act as lead and/or work in conjunction with managers on projects
  • Draft and review policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and appropriate controls
  • Assist with SOX compliance requirements as needed
  • Act as security administrator and payment authorizer on global banking portals

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years related treasury, finance, or accounting experience
  • International treasury experience
  • Knowledge of treasury, cash management, and accounting principals
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Well-organized ability to prioritize and multi-task in a lively, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

You might also have...

  • Possess a BS/BA degree (finance, accounting or economics preferred)
  • CTP certification is a plus
  • Experience with Reval or other TMS systems preferred
