Overview:

As a Senior UX Designer (UX III) within LivePerson's Product Strategy Team, you will engage in cross-functional collaboration to craft best-in-class user experiences for a diverse range of personas. You'll take the lead on UX and design for multiple products and solutions, working closely with Product Managers across the wider product team. You will:

  • Collaborate closely with product teams to understand product visions and requirements, translating complex concepts into user-centered solutions that align with business goals.
  • Conduct and analyze user research, including usability tests, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights that inform design decisions and product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistent user experiences across all products and platforms.
  • Work alongside developers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented as intended and to troubleshoot any design-related issues during development phases.
  • Advocate for the user by presenting and defending design decisions based on user research, design principles, and data to stakeholders and team members.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate user feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies to push the boundaries of what's possible in creating seamless and innovative user experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation in product design and development.

You have:

  • 6+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of successfully developing and enhancing user-centered design projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Experience in conducting and applying user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, including close work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure design vision is executed accurately.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically, prioritize tasks, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of current UX best practices, trends, and technologies, with a commitment to staying informed of new developments in the field.
  • Experience with data-driven design and the ability to use metrics and user feedback to guide design decisions and measure the success of UX improvements.
