Responsibilities:

  • Manage and curate content for the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.​
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative campaign ideas.​
  • Monitor and engage with the community on various social media​
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.​
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand, customer base, product goals, and service offerings.​
  • Offer valuable suggestions to management for enhancing the customer experience on social platforms and improving internal processes.​
  • Learn and proficiently use internal software systems.​
  • Assist in the creation of performance reports to track social media​

Required Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of social media marketing principles and strategies.​
  • Ability to engage effectively with online communities.​
  • Strong verbal communication skills.​
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.​
  • Professionalism in both written and verbal communication.​
  • Customer-centric approach to social media interactions.​
  • Education, Experience, and Requirements:​
  • Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year of a college undergraduate program or beyond.​
  • Previous experience or coursework in social media marketing is a plus, but not required
