About the Role:
We are seeking a highly disciplined and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is critical in building and managing our brand presence on Instagram and TikTok by creating engaging content, maintaining multiple accounts, and interacting with our audience. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Instagram and TikTok Accounts:
- Set up and optimize multiple Instagram and TikTok profiles.
- Ensure all accounts align with brand guidelines and strategies.
- Maintain the Accounts:
- Regularly update account information, bio, and content highlights.
- Monitor accounts to ensure they stay active, relevant, and compliant with platform policies.
- Upload Reels Content Daily:
- Post engaging reels and short-form videos across 50+ accounts daily.
- Ensure content is consistent in quality and style, adhering to brand voice and guidelines.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic posts.
- Engage with the Community:
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages (DMs) on all accounts.
- Build relationships with followers by fostering a positive and interactive community.
- Monitor feedback, escalate any issues, and gather insights to improve content and engagement strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
- Proven track record of managing multiple social media accounts.
- Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling and engaging short-form video content.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- A creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and a deep understanding of what drives engagement.
