As the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for optimizing all aspects of the revenue operations function, including sales, marketing, customer success, and product. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational effectiveness. Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth across all business segments
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to understand business requirements into data analysis solutions, optimize processes and drive cross-functional alignment
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and support decision-making
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices and process improvements
- Provide leadership and guidance to the revenue operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights and make recommendations
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mathematics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related field
- Experience driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a B2B software company
- Experience presenting strategic information to Executive Leadership and Board is a plus
- Deep Knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Marketing Operations Experience, notably transitioning from HubSpot to Marketo and integrating with Salesforce
- Experience with Account Based Marketing tools (aka 6sense) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with private equity firms or in a private equity-backed company is a plus
- Experience with acquisition integration is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Domo a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
