Job Description
We’re looking for a world-class Sales Intern to help us scale Leland (starting April/May 2024). This is a paid internship and would require 40 hours per week. Pay starts at $15/hr + sales commission. If you love driving growth and helping people reach their career and educational goals, we’d love to chat!
Responsibilities

Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets through prospecting and sales

Oversee the sales lifecycle for Leland clients from sign up to booking with a coach

Help build a strong sales pipeline through outreach and other marketing channels

Develop a strong knowledge of the 15 featured coaching categories on the Leland platform (e.g., Product Management, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Undergrad, MBA, etc.)

Build trust with prospective clients and assist them with finding the right expert(s) and offering(s) that will help them accomplish their ambitious goals

Contribute to our team culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment

Be a part of building a company from the ground up
Qualifications
-
You have had 1-2 internship experiences in Consulting, Investment Banking, Product Management, Venture Capital, Private Equity, etc.

You have an appetite to learn about sales and growth and move quickly as we iterate

You’re an outstanding communicator with excellent people skills

You’re goal oriented and make things happen

You’re curious, and eager to learn something new every day
