- Oversee the staff that work on the operations and maintenance of the FTS application in the production and UAT environments.
- Manage the scheduling of staff to support standard 0600 to 2000 EST daily support while maintaining an on call and after-hours maintenance support schedule.
- Experience with Windows. Servers/workstations and Linux Servers.
- Experience training subordinates on custom and COTS application support.
- Experience with Oracle Database scripts, MySQL scripting,
- Reports, Standard Operating Procedures, After Action Reports and real-time reporting of the FTS operational status.
- Leads incident response efforts, coordinating with team members and other IT teams to and resolve issues promptly.
- Manages User Requests for File corrections, Backend File Ingestion and Processing on Windows and Linux servers, provide tier 1/2 support to help desk for end user FTS support.
- Monitor data transfers within DCSA network and transmissions to external Agencies.
Requirements
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Five years’ experience leading a fast-paced operations staff.
- At least 3 years’ experience utilizing ServiceNow to assign, track and ensure incidents are closed out as per established KPPs.
